Ali Macgraw, Ryan O'Neal Inducted Into Hollywood Walk Of Fame
The 'Love Story' co-stars received their plaques in a virtual ceremony Friday.

HOLLYWOOD, CA —Ali MacGraw and Ryan O'Neal officially received their stars on the Walk of Fame on Friday, during a virtual unveiling ceremony.
The two Love Story actors were honored with the 2,692nd and 2,693rd stars in the first ever joint-ceremony. The stars are located at 7057 Hollywood Blvd., near the Hollywood Galaxy Mall.
O'Neal and MacGraw both spoke at the ceremony, reflecting on their journey to this point.

"As a high school junior I used to come to Hollywood Boulevard with my lads and look for fights and the girls," O'Neal said. "And who would have thought I would end up with a star on the Walk of Fame? I thought I'd end up in jail, and look where I am."
"The great joy was I was lucky enough to work with Ryan on this film, because from the second we met it was just wonderful," MacGraw added.

Through Love Story, Ali MacGraw received her first Oscar nomination for best actress. Later, she co-starred with Steve McQueen in The Getaway, and the two later married in 1973.
O'Neal rode the success of Love Story to a fruitful decade, starring with Barbra Streisand in the 1972 comedy "What's Up Doc?" and then with his daughter Tatum O'Neal in "Paper Moon," which earned him a Golden Globes nomination for Best Actor.
