Man With Dementia Goes Missing From Hollywood: LAPD
A 67-year-old man who suffers from dementia went missing Wednesday, according to the LAPD.
HOLLYWOOD, CA — A 67-year-old man who suffers from dementia went missing from the far western part of Hollywood Wednesday, according to police.
Herminio Rivera was last seen around 1 p.m. Wednesday near Willoughby and Martell avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued A Silver Alert Wednesday on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Rivera is a 5-foot-8 Latino man who weighs 140 pounds. He's bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a short-sleeved black shirt, black pants and yellow socks.

Rivera's case is considered critical; he takes daily medication, police said.
Authorities say Rivera is believed to be on foot.
