A former manager for an aviation film studio settled her lawsuit accusing the seo of sexual harassment and coercion.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A former manager for an aviation studio settled her lawsuit with her ex-employer that alleged the CEO made unwelcome moves on women workers and coerced them to participate in after-hours pornography shoots at work.
Lawyers for Talaat Captan and Air Hollywood Inc. filed court papers on Monday with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Randolph Hammock stating that his clients and the plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe, agreed to dismissal of her case in light of the resolution. No settlement terms were revealed in the court papers.
In their court papers, defense attorneys stated that Doe's lawsuit was barred by workers compensation rules and that any emotional distress she claimed was unrelated to any actions by Captan.

She was hired by Air Hollywood as a prop house associate in March 2015 and later was promoted to manager, the suit states. Captan was her supervisor, the suit states.
Doe later learned that Captan "views it as his right to prey upon his female employees," the suit states.
"During my employment with defendants, I was also informed by a co- worker that Mr. Captan could have anyone killed for money," Doe stated in a sworn declaration.
The suit details the plight of one female employee who alleges Captan made sexual advances on her and tried to get her to take part in pornographic shoots for additional income that he said would be tax-free.
Captan, who is married. also created a sexually hostile work environment by "bitterly" complaining about his wife , saying they have an unsatisfactory sex life, the suit stated.
Doe maintained that conditions became so bad that she was forced to quit in December 2016.
