Andrea Garcia of the city’s Bureau of Street Services says that Hollywood Boulevard, closed now between Sycamore and Highland avenues to accommodate Taylor Swift’s performance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” is scheduled to reopen by 6 a.m. tomorrow.
