• City of Imperial challenges county approval of data center project (thedesertreview.com) — Imperial city officials are suing Imperial County to halt a massive data center planned near Aten and Clark Roads, arguing the project skipped full environmental review and could strain power, water, and nearby neighborhoods. The city wants county approvals and CEQA exemptions tossed out, while county supervisors say they must stay neutral and silent because of the ongoing litigation.
