Imperial Beach City Council Forum

City Council candidates will meet for a forum to answer questions hosted by the  and moderated by the League of Women Voters. 

Members of the audience may ask candidates questions. Attendees will be handed cards to write questions ideas. League of Women Voters and chamber members will determine what questions are asked.

 will face incumbents Jim King and  in an election Nov. 6 for two seats on the Imperial Beach City Council.

Mayor Jim Janney, Lorie Bragg, Ed Spriggs and Brian Bilbray were elected in 2010. 

Bilbray was elected in a special election for Councilman Frank McLean's seat after his untimely death.
