Worship in the Park by St. James Lutheran Church and School

Join members of St. James Lutheran Church and School for their annual Worship in the Park.

Held adjacent to the church in Veterans Park, a Lutheran high school praise band will kick things off at 9:30 a.m. prior to a 10-11 a.m. service.

Afterward, there will be a barbecue and jumper, games and arts and crafts for kids. All are welcome.

Service in the Park is one of four events the church hosts every year to actively engage the local community. Other events include an Easter Sunrise service at the pier, Trunk or Treat on Halloween and a .

Barbecue lasts until 2 p.m. or until organizers run out of food.
