2. COMMUNITY MEETING FOR SAND REPLINISHMENT PROJECT
Where/When: 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday at 950 Ocean Lane in the Dempsey Holder Community Center on the second floor of the lifeguard tower.
Why Go: Come and learn more about the process, how it effects our beach and voice your opinion.

3. DJ FUNKY DIABETIC AT CRYSTAL COVE COCKTAILS
Where/When: 995 Palm Avenue from 9-1 a.m.
Why Go: Every Friday and Saturday night at Crystal Cove, come see DJ Funky Diabetic spin the turn tables and compose your night's soundtrack.

Where/When: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7-1 p.m. at 764 13th Street.
Why Go: About six months ago, knocked down the wall of the store next to them to add seating for 60. They also added the All-American breakfast, which includes classic Denver, three-meat, three-cheese or vegetarian omlettes as well as pancakes and french toast.
Come meet Julio Ortiz and the rest of his family who run the restaurant.
