New Art at the End of Dahlia Avenue

Text "SEA" to 531-37 as you are instructed to do by a placard at the sculpture's base, and the following message is sent to your cell phone:

"'Sea & Sky' by Ken Smith is an abstract sculpture that depicts wildlife commonly found along the California coast.

"A fun loving sea otter plays with a ball in the surf as a graceful seagull soars overhead. The polished steel reflects the ever-changing environment."

The sculpture was placed at the site within the last few days ago by Imperial Beach Public Works and provided by the Port of San Diego.
