Seaside Gyros to Replace Rolando's Taco Shop on Seacoast

A new eat-in and take-out Greek restaurant called Seaside Gyros will open at 805 Seacoast Dr. and replace Rolando's Taco Shop, said owner Rose Talia.

Rolando's had been in Imperial Beach for decades, Talia said.

Seaside Gyros, across the street from the new Pier South hotel and next door to her other eatery Seacoast Pizza, will serve gyros, kababs and other Mediteranean food.

Talia expects Seaside Gyros to open in the next couple of weeks, after renovations and inspections are complete.
