Youth Sports
Organized youth sports include all school (TK-12 Grades) and community-sponsored programs, recreational or athletic activities, and privately organized clubs and leagues. The Organized Youth Sport Protocols do not apply to collegiate or professional sports. This Protocol provides direction on outdoor and indoor youth sport activities to support an environment that presents less risk for participants of these sports. The organizers and operators of Organized Youth Sport Activities must review, implement, and post the required Los Angeles County Public Health Protocol for Organized Youth Sports, effective September 01, 2021, attached as Appendix S.
