City Of La Cañada Flintridge: COVID ALERT #39 – Health Order Revisions For Vaccination Verifications

September 20th, 2021

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health issued a revision to the Health Officer Order effective as of 11:59 pm on Thursday, October 07, 2021.

Outdoor Mega Events:

Starting on October 07, 2021, all attendees, ages 12 and over, at Outdoor Mega Events (10,000 or more persons) prior to entry, must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a pre-entry negative COVID-19 test result. Self-attestation is not a permitted method for verification of vaccination or test result.

Bars, Breweries, Wineries, Distilleries, Nightclubs, and Lounges

Starting on October 07, 2021, bars, breweries, wineries, distilleries, nightclubs, and lounges are required to verify the COVID-19 vaccination status of their patrons and employees for indoor services and operations.

Restaurants

The County Department of Public Health strongly recommends that beginning October 07, 2021, restaurant and food facility operators reserve and prioritize indoor seating/service for those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
