LAGUNA BEACH, CA — It's that time of the year again, Laguna Beach, as the city's Chamber of Commerce prepares for the Annual State of the City Mayor's luncheon Tuesday, April 11.
While the event may be sold out, residents can still watch the presentation from the comfort of their own home by visiting a video stream link at the time of the event.
Residents who attend the event will have a chance to get an up-close look at city activities as Laguna Beach Mayor Bob Whalen and City officials present their State of the City address.
