Flipped SUV Injures 1, Stalls Traffic On 133 Freeway In Laguna Beach

The crash was reported at 6:59 a.m. on the State route 133 freeway near El Toro Road.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — At least one person was injured after an overturned SUV was reported on State route 133 southbound heading toward Laguna Beach Thursday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.

The crash was reported at 6:59 a.m. near El Toro Road, less than a mile south of the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, authorities said. The state of the injured person is not yet known, nor is it known if any other vehicles were involved in the incident.

Several good samaritans parked their cars on the side of the road to assist the driver of the flipped SUV, authorities said.
