Get A Taste Of Santa Barbara At Wine Tasting In Laguna Beach

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach residents looking to discover new wines and learn more about the best wines to gift and pour this holiday season can be a part of a wine tasting plucked straight from Santa Barbara County.

Santa Barbara Wine Country will travel down to Orange County to spotlight a range of wines from small production and highly sought-after wineries on Thursday, Nov. 17 at Wine Gallery in Laguna Beach, the nonprofit announced in a statement.

At the wine tasting, wines will be presented and poured by the vintners themselves. Light snacks will be curated and served by the restaurant team at Wine Gallery, and residents can expects over 12 wines to be poured at the event, all ranging in varieties and styles.

Santa Barbara Wine Country was named Wine Enthusiast's Wine Region of the Year for 2021, and was recently honored with several Wine Star Enthusiast nominations for 2022. The nonprofit's members are made up of wine producers and industry-associated workers, according to a news release.

The Santa Barbara Wine Country wine tasting event takes place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17 at Wine Gallery, 1833 South Coast Highway. Residents 21 and over can purchase tickets for $30 each at Santa Barbara County Wines' website.
