Get Water Wise And Beat The Drought At Free Expo in Laguna Beach

SeaScape Expo on Saturday October 9 brings a slew of experts to help residents lower water usage while beautifying their yards.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA—Laguna Beach Water District's 12 annual SmartScape Waterwise Expo will be live and in-person on Saturday, October 9. The family-friendly event gets underway at 306 Third Street from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

While the health of our ocean waters has been at the forefront, the drought continues despite several thunderstorms that rumbled through Southern California on Monday.

Laguna Beach has a reputation for excellent stewardship when protecting the coast and closely monitoring water consumption.

In May, Laguna Beach was named the Most Waterwise City for the 6th time in the National Wyland Mayor's Challenge. In competition with cities across the country with a similar size, Laguna won the title in 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2020 and 2021.

The water district's annual expo could help residents secure another Most Waterwise City next year.
