LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach residents, be advised: the city is planning a major road closure Thursday night.
The road closure will impact California State route 133 between El Toro Road and State Route 73 Thursday, Sept. 18, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
A full detour will be in place, but residents should expect delays.
