New Seafood Eatery To Hold Grand Opening Ceremony In Laguna Beach
Laguna Beach residents can welcome Laguna Fish Company to the community by RSVP'ing to the Thursday celebration.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A new seafood experience is celebrating its Laguna Beach opening on Thursday, Feb. 9, as Laguna Fish Company gears up for its grand opening ceremony with the city's Chamber of Commerce.
The fast-casual restaurant and bar is the fourth restaurant from Laguna Beach restauranteur Ivan Spiers, who also owns the acclaimed Mozambique and Skyloft.
The restaurant features an expansive array of fresh seafood dishes, from raw oysters to seafood nachos to a full cocktail, wine and beer menu. The seafood is all sourced from Canada, Virginia, Maine and elsewhere, to ensure to best and freshest quality, the Orange County Register reported.

Executive Chef Angel Velazquez told the newspaper that while the vegetable sides and other factors of a dish may be switched out seasonally, the idea is to keep the seafood consistent.

“At Laguna Fish Company — sister restaurant to Mozambique and Skyloft — we are thrilled to bring the freshest seafood in a quick-service concept to our community of Laguna Beach," Laguna Fish Company owners said in a statement. "And we couldn’t be more excited to make our debut in collaboration with the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce, who we entrust with all three of our concepts.”
