Road Closure Scheduled In Laguna Beach For Construction

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Laguna Beach residents were advised of an incoming construction project affecting a stretch of Laguna Canyon Road starting Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Starting Tuesday, the city's contractor will begin improvement work on Laguna Canyon Road's median. The work will require a lane closure in each direction Monday to Friday on Laguna Canyon Road from the Festival of Arts to Canyon Acres Drive.

The work will run Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. — excluding holidays.

The project is expected to be completed by January 2024.
