Well-Loved Sushi Restaurant To Close Its Doors In Laguna Beach

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — A longstanding south Orange County sushi restaurant will close its doors at the end of September, The Orange County Register reported.

According to the newspaper, a sign posted to the Laguna Beach restaurant's door reads, "Dear loyal customers, we are sorry to announce that Sushi Laguna will be closing due to the owner's retirement in the next few weeks. Thank you so much for supporting us for 24 years!"

An employee told the newspaper that Sushi Laguna tentatively plans on closing after Sunday, Sept. 29.
