Local Restaurants Can Get $5K Grant In Dana Point: What To Know
Independent restaurants in California are urged to make the most of the opportunity and apply for the grant between April 15 – May 7.
DANA POINT, CA — Are you a local restaurant in Dana Point needing a little extra support this year? Restaurants Care, in partnership with SoCal Edison, PG&E and SDG&E, will be offering their annual $5,000 grants to independent restaurants in California.
Dana Point restaurants that occupy one to five units and make less than $3 million in annual revenue can apply to be awarded a $5,000 starting April 15 to May 7.
Businesses can use awarded grant money for kitchen equipment, technology upgrades, employee training and bonuses and unforeseen hardship.

According to Restaurants Care, the nonprofit has uplifted 788 California restaurants through the grants, and it expects to help an additional 366 restaurants this year.
