'Swallows Day Parade' Leader, Volunteer Honored In San Juan Capistrano

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA —Without community leaders, San Juan Capistrano wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

How do you know the community leader?

He leads a full year of events, including the Swallow’s Day Parade, to honor our unique city.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

He works tirelessly to lead hundreds of volunteers to put on a fabulous array of events in our city all year long. He had held this volunteer post as the association President for several years.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Jim is an outstanding leader who leads with commitment and humor. Dedicated beyond the call of duty!
