A vehicle crashed and slid 30 feet down the side of Highway 74 near Lake Elsinore and left two people hurt today, a spokesman said.
Dispatchers received a call at 6:17 a.m. and sent firefighters to the highway and Wasson Canyon Road.
One person suffered a major injury and was sent to a hospital, Riverside County Fire Department spokesman Mark Annas said.
A second person was also taken to a hospital with minor injuries, Annas said.
