11 Arrested During Southwest Riverside Warrant Sweep
People were arrested for failing to show up for a court date or violating terms of their probation in an outstanding DUI case.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA --Eleven people were arrested Saturday in Lake Elsinore for allegedly failing to show up for a court date or violating terms of their probation in an outstanding DUI case. The Police Department said the suspects were arrested during an hours-long warrant sweep this weekend.
Police said those who fail to appear in court or violate a probation often face extra jail time.
"The best bet for anyone with a missed DUI court date is to go to court on their own now,” said Sgt. James Woodland. “If you don’t, that warrant isn’t going away. We're going to come find you and take you to jail.”
