Coroner IDs Man Killed In I-15 Crash Just North Of Lake Elsinore
In addition to the fatality, three other people were injured in the multi-vehicle crash.
CORONA, CA — One person was killed and three others injured over the weekend in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 in Temescal Valley.
The crash was reported at 3:25 a.m. Saturday on the southbound side of the freeway, about a quarter-mile south of Dos Lagos Drive.
One person died at the scene and three others were taken to area hospitals with minor to moderate injuries, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

The Riverside County coroner's office identified James Saunders, 60, of Concord as the deceased.
The crash cause is under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
