Elsinore Valley Residents Invited To 'National Night Out'
The free event hosted by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 1.

CANYON LAKE, CA — The Riverside County Sheriff's Department invites the community to the upcoming 2023 National Night Out, which promises an evening where neighbors and Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station deputies get together under positive circumstances.
The free event hosted by the department takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Aug. 1 at Canyon Lake Towne Center, 31566 Railroad Canyon Road.
The Lake Elsinore Sheriff's Station serves the cities of Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore and Wildomar, as well as surrounding unincorporated communities.

Started by the National Association of Town Watch in 1984, National Night Out events take place throughout the country and are family-centered. The events aim to elevate crime prevention awareness, strengthen neighborhood spirit, and forge closer police-community relationships.
The Canyon Lake event is one of seven being held across the county. (See the flyer below.)
