Kaiser Permanente Breaks Ground On New Wildomar Facility
The healthcare provider is expanding its footprint in the city.

WILDOMAR, CA — A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday to celebrate the start of construction on an 84,000-square-foot Kaiser Permanente outpatient medical office building on the northwest corner of Wildomar Trail and Interstate 15 in Wildomar.
The new Kaiser medical offices will eventually replace the healthcare provider's existing facility on Inland Valley Drive. With double the capacity, the new facility will include 61 provider offices and 79 exam rooms. Adult primary care, pediatrics, vision, dermatology, imaging, mental health services, a pharmacy, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy are among the services that will be offered.
Expected to be completed by March 2024, the new building will be constructed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. LEED is a worldwide framework for building structures that are more efficient and sustainably constructed to address energy, waste, water and carbon emissions.
