Lake Elsinore Crash Injures 10 People

LAKE ELSINORE, CA -- A crash on Sunday left 10 people injured in Lake Elsinore. The incident happened after 12 p.m. on State Route 74, according to officials.

The incident involved an off-road recreational vehicle and a passenger vehicle in Pinyon, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Three people were left with serious injuries, six with minor injuries and one with moderate injuries, officials said.

Fourteen firefighters, three ambulance helicopters and four ground ambulances were called to the scene, officials said.
