Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Opens New SW RivCo Locale
A ribbon-cutting celebrated launch of Murrieta restaurant, devoted to its chicken fingers, coleslaw, Texas toast & super-secret sauce.

MURRIETA, CA — Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, a nationwide chain that prides itself on top-notch chicken strips and a secret sauce, opened its latest locale this week in Murrieta — adding another site to the Southwest RivCo restaurant landscape.
The fast-casual eatery, on Madison Avenue in Murrieta, marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting attended by city and local business community officials.
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers was founded by Todd Graves, a former refinery worker and commercial fisherman, in 1996 in Baton Rouge, La.

Graves, once scoffed at by a college professor who said a "chicken finger restaurant would never work," stuck to his vision, and now operates more than 580 restaurants in 31 states.
The menu is limited ... but the mission is firm: "quality chicken finger meals, a great crew, cool culture and active community involvement."

Customer favorites include the hand-dipped and breaded chicken fingers, "Crinkle-Cut Fries," Texas Toast, cooked to order from sesame seeded pull-apart bread, coleslaw and the top-secret, tangy "Cane’s Sauce."
