Student of the Year Program Honors 7 LEUSD Seniors

On Monday, May 11, seven LEUSD seniors were recognized as Students of the Year under the auspices of the Student of the Month program, founded by Sally Myers and BMW Management, Inc., in partnership with the Lake Elsinore Valley Chamber of Commerce, and LEUSD. Student of the Year honorees were selected from among 52 Student of the Month Program finalists during the 2014-15 school year. This group of seven students is being recognized as the best of the best. We congratulate the following students:

Victoria Pitotti- Elsinore HS: Victoria has been accepted at Biola University, and will be studying to become a Special Education Teacher in a Title I school in the future.
Jose Nato Palma- Elsinore HS: Jose has been accepted at UC Irvine, and will major in Biology.
Ana Limon- Lakeside HS: Ana has been accepted at UC Santa Barbara, and will study Environmental Science.
Vincent Banuelos- Lakeside HS: Vincent has been accepted by SDSU, and will major in Kinesiology.
Katie DeMoraes- Southern California Online Academy: Katie will be attending Montana State, majoring in Industrial Engineering.
Bailey Hanson- Temescal Canyon HS (a Canyon Lake resident): Bailey has been accepted at Woodbury University, and will major in Fashion Marketing.
Blake Echt - Temescal Canyon HS (a Canyon Lake resident): Blake has been accepted at UC Irvine, and will major in Mechanical Engineering.
