Traffic Alert: Truck Flips On Lake Elsinore Highway

LAKE ELSINORE, CA -- A truck overturned Saturday afternoon on a Lake Elsinore-area highway. The incident was reported around 2:03 p.m. on state Route 74 near the Ortega Oaks RV Park, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The CHP incident log said the truck overturned, blocking the eastbound lane.

An ambulance was called to the scene.
