FULLERTON, CA -- A man was killed early Sunday after speeding through a red-light intersection before crashing into a retaining wall in Fullerton, police said. The crash happened around 5 a.m. at the intersection of Euclid Street and Rosecrans Avenue. An initial investigation shows the driver in a 1994 Buick Regal was traveling eastbound on Rosecrans at 50 miles-per-hour. He did not make an attempt to slow down or stop at the intersection before crashing head-on into a retaining wall, police said.The driver, who appears to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His identification has not yet been released. The investigation is ongoing.Anyone with information is asked to call the Fullerton Police Department at 714-738-5313. --Photo via Pixabay
