'It's A Mess:' Concrete Spill Blocks Lake Forest Roadway
Lake Forest said an unknown car had spilled the concrete onto the road, causing a hard time for motorists.

LAKE FOREST, CA — Motorists may have found themselves having a hard time getting through Lake Forest Friday morning after an unknown car spilled concrete onto the road, city officials said.
The spill happened sometime before 9 a.m. near the intersection of Portola and Bake parkways.
"City crews at 10 a.m. blocked the storm drains and are working to clean it," city officials posted on Twitter. "But, honestly, it's a mess."

Officials advised motorists to use an alternate route instead.
It's unknown what happened to the car that spilled the concrete, and the cleanup is ongoing as of noon Friday.
