The Orange County Grand Jury, acting in its non-criminal, public oversight role, in June published reports studying the County's response to homelessness and a lack of recycling centers in OC.

Lake Forest and cities throughout the county were required to respond to various recommendations in the reports. As is customary, the City agreed with some recommendations, disagreed with others, and noted that some were already implemented.
