LAKE FOREST, CA — A 57-year-old man was convicted Thursday of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl he is related to, starting when she was 9 years old in Lake Forest. Hugo Bahena was convicted of nine felony counts of sexual assault, according to court records. Bahena molested the girl 15 to 20 times in 2014, according to police testimony at the defendant's preliminary hearing. Bahena was scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 5.

LAKE FOREST, CA — A 57-year-old man was convicted Thursday of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl he is related to, starting when she was 9 years old in Lake Forest.

Hugo Bahena was convicted of nine felony counts of sexual assault, according to court records. Bahena molested the girl 15 to 20 times in 2014, according to police testimony at the defendant's preliminary hearing.

Bahena was scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 5.
