Motorcyclist Killed, Struck By Multiple Cars On 405 Freeway In South OC: CHP
It was the second fatal freeway crash in the area after a 26-year-old man was killed Monday morning in a three-vehicle crash.

IRVINE, CA — A motorcyclist was killed Tuesday morning on the Interstate 405 Freeway in south Orange County.
The crash was reported at around 5:45 a.m. on the southbound side of the freeway, just north of Bake Parkway in Irvine.
Preliminary reports from the scene said the rider went down and was struck by multiple vehicles.

All of the main southbound lanes were closed to traffic diverted into the high-occupancy vehicle lane.
The victim was not immediately identified.

It was the second fatal freeway crash in the area in as many days after a 26-year-old Los Angeles man was killed Monday morning in a three- vehicle crash on the northbound Santa Ana (5) Freeway near Sand Canyon Avenue.
