We also provide financial and in-kind resources to others within the credit union community, and participate in cooperative activities from a local to a national level when appropriate. Capstone FCU also supports other public service activities ranging from the Alzheimer’s Association to the United Way.

The clean-up event will be from 8 to 11 a.m., and will feature volunteers scouring neighborhoods and parks around the city for litter to pick up, city officials said. Clean-up options include city parks, trails or streets. Volunteers will check in at Pittsford Park at 8 a.m. and drive to the clean-up location they've chosen after checking in at the park. The city will provide volunteers with bags, gloves and trash pickers during check-in, Lake Forest officials said. The clean-up event ends back at the park with "closing remarks and day-of-event surprises," city officials said.
