LAKE FOREST, CA — Commuters, both north and southbound on the 5 Freeway, the 405 and State Route 241 were delayed Tuesday morning due to multiple SIGAlerts, flooding and spin-out collisions, California Highway Patrol reported.

Flooding led to closures on I-5 just south of Los Alisos for several hours due to flooding in lanes, CHP dispatch said. Those lane closures lasted until the flooding subsided, according to CHP.
