Assemblywoman Baker Cohosts A Walk And Talk Town Hall

This is an opportunity to discuss ;egislation impacting local land conservation, the environment, and other issues

Assemblywoman Catharine Baker (R-San Ramon) along with John Muir Land Trust and the Mount Diablo Audubon Society will host a Walk and Talk Town Hall on Saturday, September 10th at Acalanes Ridge in Lafayette. This gathering is an opportunity for constituents to ask questions about legislation impacting local land conservation, the environment, and other issues of importance while enjoying the natural beauty of Acalanes Ridge.

Assemblywoman Baker will provide an update on State legislation affecting our community’s parks, environment, and open spaces; John Muir Land Trust will be available to provide expertise on local land conservation issues; and Mount Diablo Audubon Society will offer attendees birdwatching equipment and resource guides for use during the hike.
