Lafayette Woman Targeted By Identity Theft Suspect
A woman suspected of targeting a Lafayette resident with identity theft will face felony charges in Contra Costa County.

LAMORINDA, CA — Police arrested a woman suspected of targeting a Lafayette resident with identity theft
The resident reported to police that she was the victim of identity theft.
Investigators identified Be Pham, 47, of Santa Ana, and arrested her Monday as she was leaving her home there.

Pham was booked into Orange County Jail.
She will be brought to Contra Costa County to face charges of five counts of identity theft and four counts of having prior convictions, which makes theft charges for anyone with at least two prior theft-related convictions a felony.
