13-Year-Old Livermore Resident Arrested On Suspicion Of Armed Robbery
The 13-year-old pulled a gun to take property away from another student, according to police and news reports.
LIVERMORE, CA — A 13-year-old Livermore boy was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery, according to the Livermore Police Department and reports from the Bay Area News Group.
On the afternoon of Aug. 22, Livermore police responded to a business on North Vasco Road regarding a report of a juvenile with gun, LPD spokesperson Azenith Smith told Patch.
"The investigation revealed the juvenile had taken property from another juvenile and displayed a firearm during the incident," Smith said.

According to the Bay Area News Group, the suspect robbed a fellow student at the Starbucks at 1502 North Vasco Road.
Police obtained a search warrant for the suspect residence, where they say they located evidence of the crime and an unregistered loaded firearm.

The suspect was arrested and transported to Juvenile Hall. The case has been forwarded to the Alameda County Juvenile Probation Department for review.
