3 Livermore Playgrounds To Be Replaced

New playgrounds are being installed at Jack Williams Park, Bill Clark Park, and Ida Holm Park, according to LARPD.

LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore Area Recreation and Park District announced that it is installing new playgrounds at Jack Williams Park, Bill Clark Park, and Ida Holm Park. Work began April 22 and is expected to be complete at the end of May. The district said it plans to prioritize two playground replacements annually.

“These three parks were identified based on an evaluation of age and condition," LARPD
Parks and Facilities Manager Fred Haldeman said in a statement. "The playground at Bill Clark was originally installed in 1985, while Jack Williams and Ida Holm were installed in 1999. This program is part of LARPD’s commitment to providing safe and engaging recreational spaces for the community.”

The new playgrounds feature integrated shade structures and modern equipment designed for children of several age groups to play safely.
