UPDATE: Car Smashes into Livermore Home; No Alcohol, Drugs Involved

No arrests and no injuries, according to officials.

Preliminary investigations show no drugs or alcohol were involved when a car smashed into the front of a home at Jensen Street and Princeton Way Tuesday night, according to the Livermore Police Department.

The Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department reported no injuries in the accident, initially called in at 5:38 p.m.

The vehicle caused major damage to the exterior and kitchen of the house, as well as a water leak, officials said.

No one was home at the time, and the building is not habitable.

Details are not yet released on the driver or what caused the collision, police said. No arrests were made.
