Julia's Fave Green Smoothie: Reader Recipe Of The Week
Patch reader Julia shared her green smoothie recipe, full of fruits, veggies and nutrients!
Cooking with Courtney is bringing you another tasty smoothie recipe, from Patch reader Julia. It's got all sorts of goodies that your body will love.
Ingredients
- 2-3 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1 whole Persian cucumber (or smaller slice of large cucumber)
- 1 banana
- 1 apple, core removed
- handful blueberries
- few sprigs of mint
- fresh ginger and turmeric to taste
- yogurt and water to blend, as desired
Instructions
Blend it all together and you've got yourself a yummy, nutritious drink!
