Attempted Burglary Suspect Arrested In Livermore: Police
A Livermore resident is accused of trying to break into Livermore homes over the weekend.
LIVERMORE, CA — A Livermore man was arrested in connection with an attempted home break-in Saturday.
At around 1 a.m. Saturday, Livermore police allege that Alfredo Macedonia, 29 of Livermore, tried to break into a home on Mocho Street. Macedonia tried to enter the home by opening a back door, but the homeowner saw him in the backyard and chased him away, according to reports from the Livermore Police Department and a post from the homeowner in a private Facebook group.
About an hour later, LPD said it received another report of Macedonia inside a home on El Dorado Drive that he had once owned.

Officers used drones and security camera footage to locate Macedonia in the rear parking lot of the Joe Michell TK-8 School. Police say they found methamphetamine in his possession.
Macedonia was arrested on several charges, including residential burglary, aggravated trespass, and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Santa Rita Jail.
