Livermore Military Banner Program Applications Open

The city will honor its active-duty service members and veterans at Stockmen's Park.

LIVERMORE, CA — Livermore will honor its service members with its Military Banner Program, which will display banners of Livermore veterans and active-duty service members from Memorial Day through Veterans Day 2026. The city is currently accepting applications through Veterans Day 2025 or until all spaces are filled - whichever is first.

Banners will feature the honoree's name, rank, service branch, duty status, and a photo.

To qualify, honorees must be:

  • Active-duty, honorably discharged, or a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces.
  • A current resident of Livermore or have an immediate family member residing there (spouse, domestic partner, parent, sibling, child or grandchild).
  • Proof or residency for the applicant (copy of current water or PG&E bill).

To apply, applicants must include a DD14 from the Department of Defense, proof of residency, an official military photo of the honoree, the branch of service, dates of service, and the name of the sponsor.
