Livermore School District Responds To Measure A Vote
Voters approved renewing the seven-year parcel tax of $138 per year.

LIVERMORE, CA — Now that the Alameda County Registrar of Voters has published the Certified Final Results of the LVJUSD May 3rd Special Election, we are pleased to share that Measure A has surpassed the two-thirds vote threshold to pass, renewing local parcel tax funding for seven years for the benefit of Livermore students.
Superintendent Kelly Bowers shares: "To the voters of Livermore-- thank you for once again supporting our local schools and students. By renewing local parcel tax funding, you have ensured that we can continue to keep great teachers in our classrooms, maintain strong STEM academic programs and keep classroom technology and curriculum up-to-date. The outstanding quality of Livermore schools is no accident. It’s the result of a strong partnership between our schools and our community. We never take for granted your ongoing support and trust and we will continue to live up to our promises and your expectations."
