UPDATE: Man Found Unconscious Later Says He Was Kidnapped
Officials are investigating why a 21-year-old Castro Valley man was found temporarily unresponsive on Sixth Street, between South O and P Streets.

A 21-year-old Castro Valley man found lying unconscious on a Livermore sidewalk Tuesday night later told police he had been kidnapped, Alameda County Sheriff's Office Sgt. J.D. Nelson said.
However, the man's story "has some serious holes in it," Nelson said.
