Police: Teen Killed in Crash Had Blood Alcohol Content Nearly Four Times Legal Limit

Officials release new information on solo crash in November that left a Livermore High teen dead.

A student that died in a solo-vehicle crash in November had a blood alcohol content nearly four times the legal limit, according to officials.

say David Goddard Jr. had a BAC of .31. The legal limit is .08.

in an overturned vehicle in a parking lot for and  on Portola Avenue. Police say earlier that evening he was driving northbound on Murrieta Boulevard and sped through the "T" intersection at Portola Avenue. He crashed at the end of the parking lot, striking a steel gate and another parked vehicle.
