Road Rage Killing: Holbrook's Arraignment Pushed Back — Again

Livermore man to be tried for murder in road rage killing case.

A is now scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, Jan. 20, according to court records.

Cort Holbrook, , and has remained in custody since March at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of a $3 million bail.

Holbrook, a software engineer, is married and a father of two. His attorney has said the slaying was done in self defense.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 10:15 a.m. in Department 513 of the Hayward Hall of Justice.
